Maintenance Technician — Steren Management McDonald’s

Steren Management McDonald’s is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to help keep our restaurants and equipment running smoothly. You’ll travel between locations (all in the Milwaukee area) to troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and perform preventive maintenance. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving and can work independently across a variety of maintenance needs.

What you’ll do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair restaurant equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and kitchen equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to help avoid equipment downtime.
• Repair or coordinate repairs for equipment such as refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Read technical manuals and schematics to diagnose problems.
• Drive a company-provided vehicle between restaurant locations.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in commercial maintenance, appliance repair, or a related technician role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple repair requests and communicate clearly with restaurant teams.
• HVAC and refrigeration repair experience is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.

Compensation and benefits

• Starting salary of $65,000+, based on experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
