True Colors Workshop
Come together with other RAMAC members for this special True Colors Workshop!
True Colors awareness is a research-driven, cost-effective, and entertaining professional development opportunity for anyone, at any level, looking to build teamwork, improve communication, and enhance customer relations.
The process uses colors - orange, gold, green, blue - to differentiate the four central primary personality types and illustrate how these types best interact with each other.
This workshop will provide:- Gaining an understanding and appreciation of the differences in others
- Opportunity for self-awareness
- Building more effective teams and reducing potential conflict
- Opens doors to successful relationships and a climate for effective teamwork
