DESCRIPTION:This NEW Continuous Improvement Roundtable is a collaboration between RAMAC and RCEDC. Designed for managers and leads in manufacturing who are responsible for driving continuous improvement and quality\, the Continuous Improvement Roundtable will encourage learning and best practice sharing among Racine County's manufacturing companies. *intended for manufacturers only*\n\n \n\nThe Continuous Improvement Roundtable (CIRT) will allow manufacturing professionals to meet as peers. Participation allows manufacturing professionals to take a step back from daily responsibilities to think strategically about improving their company's processes. The group will share concerns\, successes\, strategies\, and strengths on various topics and will learn from each other through regular monthly discussions. Regular facility tours will allow participants to learn by experiencing how other local manufacturers are implementing continuous improvement practices. \n\n\n\nSessions will include onsite tours at different local manufacturers or meet at the iMET Center on the 3rd Thursday of each month from June to November and facilitated by WMEP.\n\n\n\nNote: New members may be admitted into the cohort after the June start date.
